We are picking up the tempo a bit. We will mix in some new moves and build on the skills you’ve developed so far. You should find that your balance and strength continue to improve. If you want to jack up the difficulty, try standing on a small piece of foam or couch pillow (just don’t let your spouse catch you). Remember, if you need more time–take it. You want to master the moves that have brought you this far.
