Day 6 continues our practice of lunging with upper body drivers to challenge you a bit more. If you have trouble keeping up, jump back to day 5 and revisit this workout. As before, keep things shallow to start and progress deeper into the exercises as needed. Just like day 5, be sure to get your upper body correct during the lunges. Correctly executing the exercises make all the difference in achieving the benefit.
