Begin by creating your RunSmart account. Sign up directly through our website or download the app from the App Store or Google Play. We require only essential information to get started—your name, date of birth, and preferred measurement system (metric or imperial). This information helps us tailor your running plans and ensure you receive the most relevant training advice.

After signing up, set your running goals in the app. Whether you’re training for a race or building a regular running routine, RunSmart helps tailor your training plans to your fitness level and aspirations.
