Just wanted to say to anyone who hasnt tried the Yoga yet to give it a whirl! I’ve been getting increasingly tight hamstrings and my adhoc stretching has not been doing much to help, but four sessions in to the Runsmart Yoga and everything has noticeably improved. They’re really good strength sessions too.
