Just finished day 12 of basesix boot camp last night and although I only signed up three weeks ago, I can say I have definitely found a difference. It has also helped me to find out where my weaknesses are and what I need to focus on. More importantly, it has made me realise that S&C is just as important as training and racing itself.

Just finished the complete BaseSix program, Day 12 this evening! I kept up with 2 sessions a week and finished in 6 weeks. Kept up mostly with the videos, but had to put my foot down once in awhile. Feeling stronger, and a few pains I was having while running are going away. Stick with it if you’re attempting the program. Good stuff!!
