Understanding how to effectively navigate your training plan within the RunSmart app will help you make the most of your training sessions. This guide walks you through accessing your full calendar, moving between weeks, rearranging workout days, and editing run specifics.
Access Your Full Training Calendar
How to Open Your Full Calendar:
- Action: To view your full training calendar, simply drag down from the weekly overview. This action will expand the view to display your entire training plan laid out by days and weeks.
Navigate Between Weeks
How to Move Between Different Weeks:
- Action: Swipe right or left to navigate backward or forward through your training schedule. This swipe action allows you to quickly view past training activities or future planned sessions.

Rearrange Training Days and Edit Runs
Customizing Your Training Days:
- Action: Locate the re-arrange icon in the top corner of the app. This will open your current selected week. Hold down and drag runs and workouts to new days. Tap save once complete.
- Action: Tap the pencil icon to open the current run. Edit the distance and pace as needed. Save to accept the changes.
- Action: To change your running surface, tap the surface icon, then tap save.

Linking Runs with Your Smartwatch
- Ensure you connect your smartwatch (Apple Watch, Garmin, or COROS) to sync your running data to the app automatically. This integration lets you track detailed analytics from your runs directly on your watch and view the results in your app’s results tab.
