Steve is founder and chief analyst at RunSmartOnline.com. A runner himself, Steve has qualified for the Boston Marathon in the last five marathons he’s completed, each of which contained a PR.

As a physical therapist at Buffalo Rehab Group, Steve treats hundreds of master runners a year and helps thousands more across the country through his website, RunSmartOnline.com.

In addition to completing multiple marathons, Steve has finished two full Ironmans and multiple ultra marathons. Steve has worked his way down to 2:51:57 and has qualified for the Boston Marathon six times.
