Imagine scanning the results sheet and seeing your name climb the list. You’re passing friends and foes you’ve been chasing for years. Pretty sweet, right? Well to make it a reality you need to do more than “just run.”

Running faster, stronger, and with less injury isn’t an accident, it’s forged from smarter training. That includes strength training. This bootcamp aims at providing everything you need to supplement your running with targeted, runner-specific exercises.


About this Bootcamp

If you’re looking to build stronger muscles that will directly help you stay on the road and out of the doc’s office, this class is it. RunSmart Bootcamp is specifically designed to help improve balance and strength in key areas for runners. You’ll perform exercises that offset and fight muscle imbalance that often leads to injury.

Each session is 40 minutes and starts promptly at 5:30AM. (Yes, it’s early, but totally worth it) Class size is limited to 15 entrants and has filled early every time it was offered.
