When I started running, I thought it was all about putting one foot in front of the other.

It’s crazy to look back at that process knowing what I know now. It couldn’t be further from the truth.

Applying the research and what I learned as a Physical Therapist it was clear. Running, like all sports is about technique. What I found through my work with thousands of runners is that, if we can get runners away from heel striking and learning to midfoot strike we can drastically improve their running.

So while there are many ways to improve your run form, the midfoot strike tops the checklist.
