Delete Your Account

You can delete your RunSmart account at any time — directly from within the app or on the web. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, training history, and all associated personal data.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is available directly in the RunSmart app (iOS or Android) and on the web app:

  1. Log in to your account at app.runsmartonline.com or open the RunSmart mobile app.
  2. Tap or click your Profile icon.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
