Day 6

Day six is the perfect lead-in for the full RunSmart Yoga Program. If you’re not comfortable with the flow of previous practices, it’s recommended that you repeat days one through five. In this practice, Laura will lead you through a host of stretching, balance, and strengthening postures that will help feel great on your next run. Note: You may want to repeat this day a few times prior to starting the full RunSmart Yoga program.
