Day 6

“By far our hardest day yet,” says Steve at the conclusion. This practice incorporates a ton of core strength, balance, and dynamic movement between postures. There’s no shame in altering movements to make them achievable. Be sure to take rest or get help (via yoga block, changing hand position, etc) where you need it. Pushing through restrictions will likely yield compensation, building on already poor movement principles. We’re fairly certain that Laura’s ears will be ringing after our users get their hands on this workout. Keep a yoga block and towel near. This dynamic movement flows between postures to work on single-leg strength, balance, and spinal mobility. Learn it here.
