Day 2 builds from Day 1. We will continue to learn and flow from every posture while building on Day 1. It’s important to focus on your breath with each movement and listen to our cues. Day 2 opens with modified sun salutations and is intertwined with a growing core arsenal. If you have a tight set of hammies you’ll need a towel to assist in stretching. Days 1 and 2 are designed to teach movements. If you’re having trouble negotiating this workout we suggest repeating it a time or two before moving to Day 3. We recommend using a yoga mat and having a towel handy for this practice. Learn how to properly perform the opening sequence of each workout. We will not deviate from this opening as it settles you into the flow.
