Day 12

Our workout for Day 12 will build on Day 11 and improve core and upper body strength. The intent is not to build bulk that you need to lug around, but to mesh stability with mobility. Keep your weights light and try to keep up. Grab some weights and a towel to mop up some sweat. Day 12 is tough. The use of weights will challenge previous postures and build head-to-toe strength.
