Day 1 teaches you the movements, postures, and breath. Don’t worry… you’ll sweat too. This isn’t your sit-cross-legged on the floor and chant, yoga. If you’re a yoga novice we recommend watching a quick tutorial you can find to the right. You’ll want to master the opening sequence as we’ll be using it to begin each day of practice. It’s also recommended to follow our cues on proper positioning and breathing. We want to limit movement compensations, ensuring we correctly target specific muscles. We recommend using a yoga mat and for those who are fairly tight, a yoga block.Learn how to properly perform the opening sequence of each workout.
