Absolutely the best fitness money I ever spent.

I got a great breakdown of my strengths and weaknesses. I got a visual comparison to other runners who ran with my weaknesses exaggerated and runners who ran with strengths I need to emulate. I even got to see before and after comparisons of runners who corrected strength issues that I need to work on to see/understand that the coaching and the program works. I got all the cool arrows and angles and colorful lines on my video- and I can go back and watch it as often as I need to!
