This training teaches the knee drive, a drill, and movement that if you can tolerate, you will notice an immediate increase in running speed. An efficient knee drive can be a turbo thruster to your running. Unlike a midfoot strike, our knee drive is non-weight bearing. That’s great news because unlike practicing your midfoot strike, you have a low risk of developing an overuse injury with implementation. Learn the proper mechanics of knee drive here.
