Tight hips can easily be linked to low back pain and countless overuse injuries and also result in slower running. Tightness at the hips can limit your proximal stability or even cause excessive upward oscillation in your running. For some, simply unlocking a restricted joint or enhancing movement can allow the body to move more freely. Selective stretching, and knowing when and how to implement hip stretching, are the focus of this training.
