Phase I is important; however, life beyond the midfoot strike is more important! Phase II of RunSmart Mechanix will teach you how to open your stride, gaining ground with every step while maintaining your midfoot strike. To progress to Phase II it’s assumed that you have completed Phase I, including the BaseSix Bootcamp workouts. Also, you should be at or near 100% complete midfoot strike. If not, give yourself an extra week or two while continuing our BaseSix Bootcamp.
