Day 6

Base3 Day Six is designed to get you moving like a kid again. By moving in multiple directions with bends and twists, you’ll not only work up a sweat but also target a bunch of muscles that haven’t been used since our playground days. If you’re loving the results of Base3 and are ready to graduate to BaseSix Bootcamp, congratulations! If you’re not there yet, take all the time you need to work the Base3 program.
